When I contacted maintenance about any issue, they would resolve it within hours and at the most-less than 24. I liked the fact that they do routine pest control and maintain the grounds. I moved because I purchased my own home but I highly recommend Villa West!!"

Was in a safe part of town and rent reflected that but all in all, was a great place to live while living alone..."
