My family and I have lived in Villa West for about ten years! I highly recommend it! Kathryn, the manager, is kind and pleasant, and does her best to keep residents engaged with coffee, ice cream, and activities. Her staff is polite and very responsive whenever you have a need. Maintenance is prompt and courteous. I work from home, and they wait until I’m off the phone to make loud noises if they are repairing something, and ask if that is a good time to come. Nice apartments at a reasonable rate. Lived here for 6 1/2 years and enjoyed every minute. Friendly and helpful office and maintenance staff. Maintenance requests handled within 24 hours or less. Highly recommend living at Villa West Apartments & Townhomes in Topeka, KS. I've lived in a townhome and an apartment there. Only place that's actually felt like home!

There are not enough words to express how highly I recommend Villa West! My stay is unfortunately being cut short. The staff will bend over backwards to make you feel at home. Maintenance responds quickly and will work to make things just right! It is quiet and well maintained. If I am ever in need in the future I will definitely be back! No Response Needed
