My family and I have lived in Villa West for about ten years! I highly recommend it! Kathryn, the manager, is kind and pleasant, and does her best to keep residents engaged with coffee, ice cream, and activities. Her staff is polite and very responsive whenever you have a need. Maintenance is prompt and courteous. I work from home, and they wait until I’m off the phone to make loud noises if they are repairing something, and ask if that is a good time to come.
